Ron Busch - Owner and PADI Master Instructor

Ron took up diving in 1980 at the request of his wife. "It's all her fault." His love of diving continued and in 1990 he became a PADI Instructor, left the corporate world, and opened his first Dive Center. In 1995, he opened his 2nd store, Coral Reef Scuba & Travel Center. Being a "hands-on" owner, Ron is involved in all facets of the business, with emphasis on retail and travel. He has had the opportunity to travel to many locations in the world often escorting other "water enthusiasts". What other job is there where people come to you to get into a better mood and have a good time?

Randy Partch - Manager

Randy was born and raised here in Colorado - a TRUE Colorado native. Like most natives, he is very recreation orientated. He enjoys rock climbing, camping, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, swimming, water-skiing, golfing, snowboarding, ice climbing and most of all scuba diving. Randy has an extensive back ground in teaching water related programs, certified as a Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard trainer (LGTI). In September 1992, Randy took up scuba diving. In September 1995 he took his love of diving and joined Coral Reef's team. Randy is now the manager of Coral Reef and spends most of his time running the retail store and teaching. He currently holds the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating and teaches 16 different specialties which include Nitrox, Deep, Drysuit, Equipment Repair, Altitude, Multilevel, Drift and Boat. Randy is also manufacture certified to repair and service, ProSub, IDI, Aqua Lung, Cressi, SeacSub, SeaQuest, Apex, Mobby's, Spare Air and Oceanic equipment. Randy has lead several group trips and is known for his Spring Break Trips (3D Tour)!
