- PADI Open Water Certification (or equivalent from another agency)
- Completed course forms

- Pool Dives
- Student Materials - Book Kit, Buddy Kit*, Wheel RDP, Altitude Slate
- PADI Certification Card
- Tanks, Weights, and Belt
- Specialty Equipment (i.e., lift bags, etc.)
- DOES NOT include the cost of certification dives at your travel destination
